Rob Foley is an expert in talent strategy and organizational development, having led this work for decades at such multi-national corporations as Gilette/Procter and Gamble, adidas Group, Electronic Arts (EA), Philips, Danaher, and Thermo Fisher,  located in both the U.S. and Asia. His first career in Marketing/Sales gave him a focus on business results. Over his career, Rob has identified the most common obstacles to obtaining higher business performance and developed pragmatic organizational solutions that overcome them. He has executed these solutions with C-Suite members and senior leaders globally.
